Welcome to Job Interview Preparation Tips. In this article, I will discuss many topics, but I will make sure to discuss the most important one first.
Job Mindset
Before you consider any job, you need to develop a job mindset. You should have the mindset of wanting to learn new things. You should also learn to reasonable cooperate with you coworkers and your employer. Then, make sure to also consider the environment of the job. Who are you servicing? How should the coworkers act.
Preparation
You might want to prepare a few days before the interview. Make sure you pick the appropriate attire, which we’ll talk about later.
The Day Before
Make sure you get enough sleep. A teenager needs 8 hours of sleep. This will help you keep focused and alive at the interview and help you drive back and forth safely. Please make sure you also wake up early.
Proper Attire
Even if the job you want is casual or business casual, you still dress in business attire on the interview. Then later when you finally get the job, you can dress according to the attire of the job. Business casual allows for more colors or patterns while still looking professional. Modest dressing will help the employer put more focus on your experience and qualifications than on your dressing.
Please either throw your clothes in a dryer like I do, take them to the dry cleaner, or iron your clothes yourself. No tears, rips, or stains should be present. No graphic designs or words either. No shorts or short skirts. If you need to, borrow a suit or outfit from a friend.

Proper Etiquette
The following video will give easy tips (more so for ladies) to impress the employer at the interview. The key takeaways are how to always face the employer and pick dropped items properly.
Communication
Greet the boss kindly and focus on important things. Let the boss know up front things such as what days you are able to work, if you can do overtime, or what events you may need a day off for. This all goes back to the Job Mindset. If you prepare well, you should already know what you want to say.
In conclusion, the key takeaway is to prepare ahead of time. You should also have the right mindset about the job.
